"Frontage"

Goshen Stone is a native stone to Massachusetts and was used in the creation of this patio off the side of the residence. A rain garden is placed off the side of the patio to collect water run-off and slowly infiltrate it back into the landscape so it can be used by plants. Partial shade is created during the day to offer relief from the hot summer days. Behind the rain garden is the perennial flower Beebalm. This is a very useful ornamental native perennial and can be used medicinally as well as to make tea.
